How to Crack?

Install IDM 6.18 build 12 (above 6.12 can be cracked)
Close all the open IDM windows
Download and Extract Crack
Now Run IDM Crack.exe
Select IDM installation folder ( ex : C:\Program Files \Internet Download Manager )
Click Activate button.It will say that IDM activated successfully !
IDM will launch itself from few seconds (Close and Run IDM again if it says it ran as administrator)
Yeah !! it’s cracked already

IDM says it’s a fake serial number ?

This happens when you have used some other cracks or serial keys before.To fix
install IObit Unisntaller and uninstall IDM completely. Get IObit Uninstaller Here
IObit uninstaller will let you delete all the files created by IDM from powerful scan.delete all the files
Re-install IDM.

HOW TO SOLVE IDM WAS REGISTERED WITH A FAKE SERIAL NUMBER

I am sure many of us are too much dependent on Internet Download Manager a.k.a. IDM. I mainly use it for batch downloading and download streaming videos.

Till yesterday, IDM was working fine with me (of course with fake serial numbers, keygen, crack, patch etc. Which could be found with little effort).

But a few days ago, with the latest update version 6.18 build 7 (released on Nov 09, 2013) Internet Download Manager literally had a breakthrough and crushed all the serial numbers, keygens, cracks, patches. Even if they worked just for a little while, users were prompted every minute reminding,

Internet Download Manager has been registered with a fake serial number

I tried re-patching, reinstalling, but this annoying message was persistent. It was so annoying that it keeps popping up until you exit IDM.

Many of the users were experiencing the same problem and the most favorite solution was to edit the“c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts” file and setting the address of http://internetdownloadmanager.com and similar domains to local host 127.0.0.1

I didn’t like the above mentioned way and it felt like having a vasectomy instead of just putting on a condom.

The other way is the easiest way. After cracking and patching IDM, just go to the installation folder of IDM “C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager” and rename the “IDMGrHlp.exe” to anything you want or just delete it. Done!

But wait! Every time you run IDM, there would be a new popup box saying “IDM cannot find 1 files that are necessary for browser and system integration. Please reinstall IDM“.

To get rid of it, place anything in that folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager“ and rename it “IDMGrHlp.exe“. I made a copy of the “idmBroker.exe” and renamed it to “IDMGrHlp.exe“.

Make a duplicate of idmBroker.exe and rename it to IDMGrHlp.exe.

No annoying message anymore!!!

How To Fix Internet Download Manager Mozilla Firefox Integration Error

When it comes to download manager; Internet Download Manager is one of the best you can ever have with it unique and great features. Currently I formatted my computer and i wanted to reinstall Internet download manager back which I did but I could not download videos from YouTube and other files with IDM due to IDM integration problem with Mozilla Firefox Browser.

Normally, You know that internet download brings out a pop up that sticks to your browser which you can click and download but the pop up download button don’t show on my Mozilla Firefox and also other browsers. Then I started my research and I notice that the extension that comes with my Internet download manager is not compatible with my updated browser.

And since the Extension is not compatible with the browser I need update it and since the extension is not available in Mozilla plugin store so you need to download it and install the extension which I will show you where to download it and how to install it because doubling clicking it won’t install it.

Where To Download And Install Internet Download Manager Updated Extension On Mozilla Firefox

Now first before you start you need to find out if the IDM extension is not compatible with your firefox browser, to know this is quiet easy.

To locate your Mozilla browser extensions; Follow these steps

Open your Mozilla Browser
Click on the Tools tab
On the Drop down menu click on the Add-ons
Then Locate Extension in the new window that will pop up

Once you are there it will list out all the Extensions you have installed in your firefox browser, then locate IDM CC and you will see that the extension is not compatible and you can not update it from that tab so you need to download it.

To download the updated IDM CC extension Click Here to download it.

After downloading it, go back to the Add-on tabs that open showing your browsers extension then click on the Gear icon at the top right corner of the browser.

After clicking on the gear button, a drop down menu will show, click on the Install Add-on from file then locate the downloaded extension and install it.

You will get a confirmation that your extension have been installed successfully, so you just restart your browser and you are done.
